Tuna couscous:
You’ll need
1 5oz. can tuna in water
1 cup cooked whole wheat couscous
1/2 cup cucumber (English work the best)
Large handful of cherry tomatoes cut in half
1 cup fresh spinach chopped
2 tbsp. feta
Drizzle of vinegar dressing
Salt and pepper
