Spicy Green Beans

I’ve recently been integrating green beans more in my cooking and here is a great, simple, recipe.

What you’ll need:
0.5lbs fresh cleaned green beans
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

Trim the ends of the green beans and steam in shallow water. Make sure to cover the pot for optimal cooking. Steam for around 6 minutes or until tender. Remove from water and toss green beans with rice vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and red pepper. Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
